Changes to eligible student visa holders

Eligible student visa holders, able to work 25 hours per week, from November 2025

New Zealand’s  “International Education Going for Growth Plan” will enable eligible student visa holders to work an additional five hours per week while other enhancements for overseas students are expected in the future.
