From an extensive background within the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment and the former Department of Labour Mary has worked with individuals, their families and employers from a wide variety of ethnic backgrounds along with community groups, industry representatives and political leaders. Mary is an immigration specialist with lengthy exposure to labour market concerns and a competent recruiter having assisted employers find suitable candidates and helped job seekers secure employment.
Mary gained a Graduate Diploma in Business Studies in Dispute Resolution from Massey University and is a people-focused manager with a pragmatic approach. With this comprehensive background Mary supports employers plan their international staffing needs and matches clients to the adviser who is best able to successfully engage with that worker, migrant or employer.
Jeremy Clapp New Zealand Immigration Adviser IAA License No 201503598
Jeremy completed a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Science majoring in psychology at the University of Canterbury and from the Bay of Plenty Polytechnic the Graduate Certificate in New Zealand Immigration Advice. He established a sole immigration consultancy practice and has recently been working as a recruitment consultant.
Successfully placing candidates in full time employment revealed to Jeremy the valuable contribution overseas skilled candidates make in the economy and highlighted to him the synergy achieved when professional immigration advice is aligned with career expertise.
Free time sees Jeremy take this focus to his rugby coaching and frequent offshore travels to remote destinations.

Nils Macfarlane New Zealand Immigration Adviser IAA License No 201401035
Nils is a University of Canterbury law graduate, enrolled as a Barrister and Solicitor in the High Court of New Zealand, with a Diploma in Business, Diploma in Human Resources and a Diploma in Management.
Having lived and worked in Japan Nils relates well to how daunting and confusing it can be to live in a foreign country. Nils is a family man, based in his home town of Timaru, and is a caring, diligent professional with a special interest in rural matters. He takes pride in where he comes from and wants to share with others the wonderful opportunities of working and living in New Zealand.
